Do Not Call Me (DNCM)

Do you perform telemarketing opera-
tions in Belgium? In that case, you
are required to have a license for the
Do Not Call Me! list. Belgian law
mandates that companies and organiza-
tions conducting commercial calls must
comply with this list. Subscribers
must not receive unsolicited commer-
cial calls. You are obligated to
remove their phone numbers and names
from your calling records. Should a
complaint be filed, you risk a consi-
derable fine if you do not possess a
license. The DNCM non-profit
organization manages the licenses and
oversees the proper use of the list.
